- Fraud in claims, inspections or reports
- Corruption, bribery or undue favoritism
- Unethical conduct by employees, service providers or partners
- Bullying, sexual harassment or discrimination
- Misuse or leakage of personal data
- Violation of laws, regulations or internal policies
Our commitments
Confidentiality
All reports are handled confidentially and accessed only by the team responsible for the investigation.
Optional identification
You do not need to identify yourself. If you prefer, share only what is necessary for us to investigate.
No retaliation
No one who reports facts in good faith will suffer any kind of retaliation.
How to report
Describe what happened in as much detail as possible: what happened, when, where and who was involved.
This channel does not replace emergency services. If there is an immediate risk to life or physical safety, call 190 (Brazilian police).
